LEGO Monkie Kid

Brother Monkey, also known as the Monkey King, is a central figure in the LEGO Monkie Kid series. He's based on Sun Wukong, the iconic character from the classic Chinese novel *Journey to the West*.

Once a powerful and mischievous deity, Brother Monkey wielded immense strength and mystical abilities, symbolized by his magical staff. However, prior to the events of the series, he was imprisoned under a mountain for his rebellious actions.

In the LEGO Monkie Kid storyline, Brother Monkey is freed (in some interpretations) and chooses MK, a noodle delivery boy, as his successor. He then acts as a mentor and guide, training MK in the use of his powers and the legendary staff to protect the world from demons and other threats.

While somewhat retired and preferring noodles to fighting, Brother Monkey still possesses considerable power and wisdom. He often appears with a playful yet serious demeanor, imparting valuable lessons to MK throughout his journey.
