Biography:

Dr. O'Neil, typically April O'Neil's father, appears in the Nickelodeon cartoon series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) as a scientist.

In the episode "Meet Mondo Gecko", he is kidnapped by the Kraang and subjected to forced mutagenic experimentation. This results in his transformation into a monstrous, hulking mutant.

As a mutant, he is largely driven by instinct and poses a threat to both the Turtles and April, who must find a way to cure him and restore him to his human form.
