Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Victor, often referred to as "The Punk" or "Punk Frog," is a character within the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, specifically associated with the Punk Frogs. He is one of four mutated frogs created by the mutagen canister that also spawned the turtles.

Initially aggressive and rebellious, influenced by Shredder's manipulative tactics, Victor and his brothers (Attila, Genghis, and Napoleon) clashed with the Ninja Turtles. Shredder sought to exploit their physical abilities and loyalty against his enemies.

However, after realizing Shredder's deceitful nature and witnessing the Turtles' commitment to good, Victor and the Punk Frogs eventually switched allegiances. They saw Splinter's honorable teachings reflected in the Turtles and embraced a more righteous path.

While less frequently featured than the core cast, Victor and his brothers are often depicted as allies to the Turtles, residing in the Florida Everglades and providing assistance when needed. Victor's punk rock aesthetic, marked by spiked accessories and a defiant attitude, distinguishes him from his brothers and provides comedic relief.
