Arnold "Casey" Jones is a fictional vigilante character appearing in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. He is a close ally of the Turtles, often fighting alongside them against various villains.

Jones is portrayed as a hockey mask-wearing, street-smart individual known for his aggressive and somewhat reckless fighting style. He utilizes a variety of sports equipment as weapons, including baseball bats, hockey sticks, and golf clubs.

Initially, Casey's methods were more extreme than the Turtles', reflecting a more ruthless approach to crime-fighting. He has a deep-seated hatred of criminals, stemming from personal experiences with gang violence.

Over time, Casey develops a close relationship with April O'Neil, eventually becoming her husband in many iterations of the story.
