Arihda Pryce was a human female who served as the Imperial Governor of Lothal during the reign of the Galactic Empire. Ruthless and ambitious, Pryce rose through the ranks of the Imperial hierarchy by demonstrating unwavering loyalty and a willingness to employ brutal tactics.

Before her Imperial service, Pryce belonged to a powerful family on Lothal, whose business dealings were ruined by the Republic's banking clan. This event fuelled her deep resentment towards those she perceived as corrupt and inefficient, leading her to embrace the order and control promised by the Empire.

As Governor, Pryce oversaw the suppression of rebel activity on Lothal, often clashing with the crew of the Ghost. Her efforts to crush the growing rebellion brought her into conflict with figures such as Hera Syndulla, Kanan Jarrus, and Ezra Bridger.

Pryce's dedication to the Empire ultimately led to her demise during the liberation of Lothal. Rather than surrender, she chose to detonate the fuel reserves within the Imperial command center, destroying herself and Grand Admiral Thrawn in the process, ensuring a pyrrhic victory for the Rebellion and denying them crucial Imperial assets and knowledge.
