Charmy Bee is a prominent character in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. He is a member of the Chaotix Detective Agency, a group of problem solvers alongside Espio the Chameleon, Vector the Crocodile, and later, Mighty the Armadillo.

Known for his hyperactive and playful nature, Charmy is a young bee with an energetic and somewhat naive personality. He often provides comedic relief through his lighthearted antics and tendency to get distracted. While impulsive, Charmy is loyal to his friends and eager to help despite his immaturity.

In gameplay, Charmy primarily utilizes his flight abilities. He can hover and zip around, often assisting in exploration and reaching areas inaccessible to others. He first appeared in the game *Knuckles' Chaotix* and has since been featured in various Sonic games, comics, and animated series, consistently maintaining his role as the cheerful and vibrant member of the Chaotix.
