Biography:
Wonder Woman, in the animated film Wonder Woman: Bloodlines, is Princess Diana of Themyscira, daughter of Queen Hippolyta and Zeus. Raised in isolation on the all-female Amazon island, she is a skilled warrior trained in combat and diplomacy.
Driven by a desire to help humanity, Diana leaves Themyscira, defying her mother's wishes, and enters the world of man as Wonder Woman. She is a champion of peace, justice, and equality, using her superhuman strength, speed, flight, and iconic weapons like the Lasso of Truth and indestructible bracelets to protect the innocent.
In Bloodlines, Wonder Woman faces a dangerous new threat from Villainy Inc., a group of powerful female supervillains. She is joined by Steve Trevor and, reluctantly, by a young woman named Vanessa Kapatelis, who is destined to become the villain Silver Swan. Diana's compassion is tested as she attempts to guide Vanessa away from a path of darkness and defeat the emerging dangers.
