Freedon Nadd was a Jedi Knight who lived centuries before the events of the Star Wars films. Disillusioned and power-hungry, Nadd turned to the dark side of the Force after discovering forbidden Sith teachings.
He murdered his Jedi Master and fled the Republic, eventually landing on the planet Onderon. Through manipulation and dark side powers, Nadd established himself as a god-king, plunging the planet into a period of turmoil and dark side influence.
His legacy lived on long after his death, with his spirit and teachings corrupting generations of Sith followers. He is a central figure in the early history of the Sith Order.
