Carnor Jax was a member of the Emperor's Royal Guard and a prominent figure in the aftermath of the Battle of Endor. He was ruthless and ambitious, seeking to usurp power following Palpatine's death.
Jax was initially loyal to the Empire and highly skilled in combat, displaying considerable mastery of the Force despite not being a formally trained Sith. He possessed a talent for manipulating others and a deep-seated desire for control.
After Palpatine's demise, Jax betrayed his fellow guardsmen and sabotaged the cloning process used to resurrect the Emperor. This act secured his position as the de facto leader of the Royal Guard and allowed him to pursue his own agenda of reshaping the Empire to his liking.
His machinations ultimately led to conflict with Kir Kanos, another Royal Guard who remained loyal to the Emperor's memory. This rivalry culminated in a final duel, where Jax was defeated and killed, ending his bid for power and influence.
