Biography:

Knull is a character from Marvel Comics, a primordial deity of the symbiotes. He is considered the creator of the symbiote race, including Venom and Carnage.

He is the embodiment of the void and darkness predating the universe, and he wields the All-Black the Necrosword, a weapon he forged from living darkness and a slain Celestial. This sword would eventually be wielded by Gorr the God Butcher.

Knull's first full appearance was in *Venom* Vol. 3 #3 (2018), though he was hinted at in prior issues. He plays a significant role in modern age Venom storylines.
