Aleksei Sytsevich, born in Russia, is a fictional character known as Rhino in Marvel Comics. He began as a common thug seeking a way out of poverty.

He volunteered for an experimental procedure involving bonding a near-indestructible polymer to his skin, shaped like a rhinoceros. This granted him superhuman strength, speed, and durability.

Initially, the procedure enhanced his intelligence, but this was later lost due to his own actions and repeated head trauma during battles.
