Char first appeared in 2017 as part of the "Hands of Time" storyline, specifically within sets like the "Samurai VXL" (70625) and other sets featuring the Vermillion faction. He can be identified by his snake-like appearance. His head is molded with reptilian features, and he often wields Vermillion weapons.
