The Mandalorian Warrior, as portrayed in the Disney+ TV Show The Mandalorian, is a bounty hunter from the planet Mandalore.
This character is a member of a secretive and religious offshoot of Mandalorian culture. Surviving the Great Purge of Mandalore, where the Empire decimated their homeworld, he adheres strictly to the ancient Mandalorian code, “The Way”.
His primary goal shifts from bounty hunting to protecting Grogu, a Force-sensitive child, whom he finds. This shift in allegiance defines his narrative arc throughout the TV series. His first appearance is in The Mandalorian, Season 1, Episode 1, "Chapter 1: The Mandalorian" (2019).
