PG-8219 is a generic Mr. Negative goon featured in the 2018 PlayStation 4 video game, Spider-Man. They serve as foot soldiers in Mr. Negative's Inner Demons gang.

These goons are easily identifiable by their suits which are black on one side and white on the other, mirroring Mr. Negative's own duality. PG-8219 are imbued with the negative energy that Mr. Negative gives them.

Their first appearance is the Spider-Man video game released in 2018 for the PlayStation 4. As generic henchmen, they often attack Spider-Man and are defeated throughout the game.
