Smoker is a character from the popular anime and manga series One Piece. He is a Marine officer, first introduced in Loguetown in the anime. He initially holds the rank of Captain, later rising through the ranks.

Smoker is characterized by his distinctive appearance, including his white, smoke-emitting hair and his preference for riding around on his motorcycle, the Billower Bike. He is a user of the Moku Moku no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit, which allows him to transform into, control, and generate smoke.

Throughout the series, Smoker serves as a recurring antagonist and, at times, a reluctant ally. He is driven by a strong sense of justice, though his methods are often considered ruthless. He relentlessly pursues pirates, particularly Monkey D. Luffy, whom he sees as a threat to world order.
