Biography:
James, known as Kojirō in Japan, is a prominent character in the Pokémon animated TV series. He is a member of Team Rocket, a criminal organization.
James first appeared in the series' second episode, "Pokémon Emergency!".
Alongside his teammates Jessie and Meowth, James is dedicated to stealing Pokémon for Team Rocket's boss, Giovanni. Although skilled at disguise and piloting various vehicles, his plans are often foiled by Ash Ketchum and his friends.
Despite his villainous affiliation, James is often portrayed as less serious than his teammates. He is known for his comical nature, extravagant antics, and his occasional displays of kindness towards Pokémon.
