Starhawk, whose real name is Stakar Ogord, is a complex and powerful character in the Marvel Universe, primarily associated with the Guardians of the Galaxy. He is known as "One Who Knows," possessing vast cosmic awareness and the ability to perceive multiple possible futures.

Stakar's origins are intertwined with alien technology and manipulation. Born on the planet Arcturus IV, he was abandoned and later adopted by the alien couple Quasar and Kismet. His life is marked by cycles of rebirth and re-experiencing his own timeline, a gift (or curse) bestowed upon him by the Hawk God.

This cyclic existence grants him precognitive abilities and allows him to alter events, albeit with consequences he may not fully foresee. Starhawk can also manipulate light, project energy blasts, and possesses superhuman strength and durability. He is often depicted as morally ambiguous, his actions driven by a desire to prevent a specific, often disastrous, future, regardless of the immediate ethical cost.

His dedication to altering the timeline often leads to unforeseen and negative consequences, making him a controversial, if ultimately well-intentioned, force in the cosmic Marvel landscape.
