Thrall, son of Durotan, is a prominent character in the World of Warcraft universe. He first appeared in the game Warcraft Adventures: Lord of the Clans, though the game was ultimately canceled.

Raised by humans, Thrall was originally enslaved and trained as a gladiator. He eventually escaped and sought out his true heritage, reconnecting with the orcish clans.

Thrall became a powerful shaman and Warchief of the Horde, leading his people to a new life in Kalimdor. He played a crucial role in uniting the races of Azeroth against various threats, often acting as a voice of reason and diplomacy.

Throughout the World of Warcraft storyline, Thrall has remained a key figure, involved in major events like the defeat of the Lich King and the restoration of the world after the Cataclysm. He even served briefly as an Aspect of Earth.
