Thief Minion is a minor but memorable character from the animated film *Despicable Me 2* (2013). He is one of the many Minions who work for Gru.

His defining moment comes during the Minions' abduction and transformation into evil, purple Minions. Thief Minion is specifically noted for stealing a woman's purse in Paradise Shopping Mall, solidifying his "Thief" designation. This act highlights the corrupting influence of the PX-41 serum.

Like all Minions, Thief Minion speaks in a gibberish language understandable only to other Minions and those very close to them. He is small, yellow, and wears goggles, standard Minion attire.
