Biography:
Kimiko Miyashiro, also known as "The Female," is a character in the Amazon Prime Video TV show, The Boys.
She first appears in the first episode of the show's first season, aptly titled "The Name of the Game."
Portrayed by actress Karen Fukuhara, Kimiko is a Japanese woman with superhuman strength and regenerative abilities, originally obtained through exposure to Compound V.
Initially mute due to trauma, she communicates primarily through sign language and gestures. Her backstory reveals she was forcibly recruited into the Shining Light Liberation Army as a child soldier.
Throughout the series, she reluctantly becomes an ally to The Boys, using her powers to fight against Vought International and the corrupt superheroes they control.
