Biography:

Laufey, portrayed by Colm Feore, is a character within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), specifically appearing in the film Thor (2011). He is the King of the Frost Giants of Jotunheim.

In the MCU, Laufey attempts to steal the Casket of Ancient Winters from Asgard, leading to a war between the Frost Giants and Asgardians. He is eventually defeated by Odin.

He later plots with Loki to assassinate Odin and retrieve the Casket. However, Loki betrays and kills Laufey, furthering his own ambition to become King of Asgard.
