Heffer Wolfe
Brand:
C3 Construction
Year:
2018
Theme:
Movies and TV
Biography:
Heffer Wolfe is a prominent character in the Nickelodeon animated series, Rocko's Modern Life. He is Rocko's endearingly dim-witted but loyal best friend.

Heffer is a steer, raised by a family of wolves who mistakenly believed him to be one of their own. This unusual upbringing leads to a humorous dissonance between Heffer's bovine nature and his adoptive family's predatory instincts, often resulting in comedic situations.

Voiced by Tom Kenny, Heffer is known for his carefree attitude, insatiable appetite (particularly for "Toficken," a tofu-based chicken substitute), and tendency to be overly enthusiastic about everything. Heffer's naivete and lack of common sense often put himself and Rocko in precarious positions.

Despite his flaws, Heffer is a deeply kind and well-meaning character, always eager to help his friends and provide comic relief. His catchphrase, "That was a hoot!", encapsulates his eternally optimistic and cheerful outlook on life in O-Town.
