Biography:

Fishface is a villainous character from the TMNT cartoon TV Show. He first appeared in the series in 2012.

Originally a human street thug named Xever Montes, he worked alongside Dogpound for Shredder. Through a mutagen accident, Xever was transformed into a humanoid fish.

As Fishface, he possesses enhanced aquatic abilities, including the ability to breathe underwater and move swiftly through water. He lacks legs, so he relies on robotic legs for mobility on land.
