Jerome "Chef" McElroy is a character from the animated television show *South Park*. Voiced initially by Isaac Hayes, Chef first appeared in the series' debut episode, "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe" (August , ).

Chef was the school cafeteria cook at South Park Elementary. He was known for his soulful singing and providing often-inappropriate, yet well-intentioned, advice to the children.
