Goose is a Flerken appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). A Flerken is an alien species that resembles an Earth cat but possesses dangerous tentacles and pocket dimensions within its body.
Goose's first appearance in the MCU was in the 2019 film, Captain Marvel. Initially believed to be a regular cat, Goose accompanies Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel) and Nick Fury on their mission, ultimately revealing its true nature.
Goose plays a pivotal role in the film, swallowing the Tesseract to keep it safe from the Kree and later scratching Nick Fury, leading to his iconic eye patch.
A LEGO version of Goose also exists as part of a buildable set, first revealed at SDCC. This LEGO figure allowed fans to construct and display their own version of the feline alien from Captain Marvel.
