Biography:
Jonathan Byers is a character in the Netflix science fiction horror television series, Stranger Things, which first aired in 2016. He is portrayed by actor Charlie Heaton.
Jonathan is the older brother of Will Byers and the son of Joyce Byers. Initially presented as a somewhat introverted and artistic high school student with a passion for photography, he becomes deeply involved in the supernatural events plaguing Hawkins, Indiana, when his younger brother disappears.
Throughout the series, Jonathan displays a protective and caring nature, especially towards his family. He forms close bonds with Nancy Wheeler, and together, they investigate the mysteries surrounding the Upside Down and the Hawkins National Laboratory.
