Darren Cross, also known as Yellowjacket, is a fictional character appearing in Marvel media. He made his first appearance in the movie, *Ant-Man* (2015), portrayed by Corey Stoll.
In the movie, Cross is the protégé of Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man, and eventually takes over Pym Technologies. Obsessed with recreating Pym's size-altering technology, Cross develops the Yellowjacket suit, a militarized version of the Ant-Man suit.
Driven by greed and ambition, he intends to weaponize the technology for profit, posing a threat to the world. His actions ultimately lead to a confrontation with Scott Lang, the new Ant-Man, resulting in his defeat. He is the main antagonist of the movie.
