Blow Fly is a supporting character from the 1992 film *Toys*, directed by Barry Levinson. He is a diminutive, somewhat unsettling member of General Leland Zevo's (Michael Gambon) security team, primarily serving as Zevo's personal assistant and henchman.

Played by actor Robin Williams (in uncredited special effects makeup), Blow Fly is characterized by his small stature, wide eyes, and distinctive insect-like buzzing sound effect. He seems to be perpetually nervous and eager to please General Zevo, often carrying out his orders without question. Blow Fly lacks any discernible backstory or personal life within the narrative, primarily existing to further Zevo's agenda.

His functions include operating surveillance equipment, delivering messages, and generally acting as a slightly comical, though ultimately complicit, tool of the villain. Although he presents a strange and unnerving appearance, Blow Fly is never portrayed as genuinely malicious.
