Biography:
Donna Noble was a companion of the Tenth Doctor in the BBC science fiction television series, Doctor Who. Initially appearing in the 2006 Christmas special "The Runaway Bride," where she was accidentally teleported into the TARDIS, Donna was a temp from Chiswick, London, with a fiery personality and a desire for more than an ordinary life.
She returned as a full-time companion in 2008, seeking out the Doctor after realizing the universe held more possibilities than she had imagined. Donna's strength lay in her empathy and her ability to challenge the Doctor's decisions, often grounding him and preventing him from going too far.
During the Series 4 finale, Donna briefly merged with the Doctor's mind, gaining Time Lord knowledge. This overwhelming influx of information threatened to destroy her brain, forcing the Doctor to erase her memories of their travels and his existence. This was done to save her life but left her with a deep sense of loss and unaware of her incredible adventures.
Despite the tragic circumstances of her departure, Donna Noble remains a fan-favorite companion, remembered for her wit, compassion, and the significant impact she had on the Doctor's journey. She is set to return in the 60th Anniversary special.
