Biography:
Fili was a Dwarf of Durin's line, son of Dís and the elder brother of Kíli. He was a member of Thorin Oakenshield's company that journeyed to Erebor to reclaim the Lonely Mountain from the dragon Smaug.
Along with his brother, Kíli, Fili was among the youngest of the company, known for his keen eyesight and youthful energy. They were often tasked with scouting duties and were notably sent to investigate the light in the Misty Mountains.
Loyal and brave, Fili was devoted to his uncle, Thorin. He stood by him throughout the quest, from the initial meeting in Bag End to the final battle at the foot of Erebor.
During the Battle of Five Armies, Fili fought valiantly to defend Thorin. Tragically, he and Kíli were slain defending their uncle from the attacking forces, demonstrating their unwavering loyalty and courage. Their deaths were a great blow to Thorin, and their names were remembered with honor.
