Carson Palmer is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons. Born December 27, 1979, he played college football at the University of Southern California (USC), winning the Heisman Trophy in 2002.
Palmer was drafted first overall by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2003 NFL Draft. He played for the Bengals from 2003 to 2010, leading them to their first winning season and playoff appearance in over a decade.
