Android 13 is a powerful android created by Dr. Gero's computer to fulfill his vendetta against Goku. Activated after Dr. Gero's death, 13 is tasked with eliminating Goku and avenging his creator.
He possesses immense strength and speed, capable of fighting Super Saiyans on par. His design is overtly stereotypical, with a trucker hat and a southern accent. Android 13's primary objective is the destruction of Goku and any who stand in his way.
