Cole, often identified by his black ninja suit and connection to the element of Earth, is a core member of the LEGO Ninjago team. He's known for his strength, grounded nature, and love of cake.

During the Sons of Garmadon storyline, Cole faces unique challenges. He is separated from the team and suffers an identity crisis, leading him to briefly wear the Sons of Garmadon robe in an attempt to blend in and gather information about their plans.

This disguise is a notable departure from his usual ninja attire. While under cover, he maintains his loyalty to his friends and ultimately uses his knowledge to help the ninja foil the Sons of Garmadon's plot to resurrect Lord Garmadon.

Despite the temporary shift in appearance and allegiances (in appearance only), Cole's core values and dedication to protecting Ninjago remain unchanged. The Sons of Garmadon robe represents a period of infiltration and disguise for this dedicated earth ninja.
