Charles "Charlie" Kelly is a fictional character featured in the American sitcom, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He is portrayed by Charlie Day.
Charlie is part-owner and co-manager of Paddy's Pub, an unsuccessful Irish bar in South Philadelphia. He is portrayed as illiterate, unintelligent, and possessing poor hygiene, often engaging in bizarre and unsanitary behavior.
