This Deadshot has a DCEU costume, also his visor is on his left eye unlike most of his appearances, though this figure has a caucassian head unlike Will Smith's portrayal of Deadshot in DCEU. (alternate take: could this be an equally flawed version of the Arrowverse version of Deadshot? The outfit itself doesn't really match either DCEU or CW version.)
Biography:
Floyd Lawton, known as Deadshot, is a recurring antagonist in the CW's Arrowverse, primarily featured in the series Arrow. He is a highly skilled marksman and assassin, often hired to perform contract killings.
Lawton is portrayed as a complex character, driven by both a desire for financial gain and a darker, self-destructive streak. He is a former soldier with a tragic past, including a failed marriage and estrangement from his daughter, Zoe. His daughter is why he takes dangerous assassination missions for the pay day.
Equipped with specialized wrist-mounted weapons, Deadshot is a formidable opponent. He frequently clashes with Oliver Queen (Green Arrow), sometimes as an enemy and, on occasion, as an uneasy ally. He becomes a member of the Suicide Squad, a black ops team comprised of incarcerated supervillains used for dangerous missions by A.R.G.U.S.
Through his interactions with other members of the Suicide Squad, particularly John Diggle and Lyla Michaels, Deadshot exhibits moments of redemption and ultimately makes a sacrifice to save his team.
