Biography:

Chiaotzu is a supporting character in the *Dragon Ball* franchise, primarily known for his appearances in *Dragon Ball Z*. He is a small, pale-skinned fighter with a single hair on his head, often sporting red cheeks. He is primarily the loyal companion of Tien Shinhan.

Chiaotzu possesses psychic abilities, including telekinesis and telepathy. He often uses these abilities to assist his allies in battle, albeit with limited success against stronger opponents. He is a devoted friend, willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good.

Chiaotzu first appears in *Dragon Ball*, during the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament. He is presented as a rival to Goku and Krillin, but later becomes an ally.
