Biography:
Paige Tico, a skilled gunner in the Resistance, served during the war against the First Order. She was the older sister of Rose Tico, a maintenance worker who would later join the Resistance herself.
Paige was stationed aboard the Cobalt Hammer, a Resistance bomber during the evacuation of the Resistance base on D'Qar. During the assault by the First Order fleet, the Cobalt Hammer came under heavy fire.
In a heroic act of self-sacrifice, Paige remained at her gunnery station, manually releasing the bomber's payload of proton bombs after the remote release system failed. She successfully destroyed a First Order Dreadnought, the Fulminatrix, buying crucial time for the fleeing Resistance fleet.
Paige perished in the explosion, but her bravery and sacrifice inspired her sister Rose and contributed significantly to the Resistance's survival. Her actions demonstrated unwavering commitment and the willingness to fight for freedom against overwhelming odds.
