Biography:
Jyn Erso, daughter of scientist Galen Erso, experienced a turbulent early life marked by the Empire's encroachment. After her father was forced to work for the Empire on the Death Star project, Jyn was separated from her parents and raised by the Rebel extremist Saw Gerrera.
Trained in combat and survival, Jyn grew into a hardened individual with a distrust of both the Empire and the Rebel Alliance. Her criminal past led to her imprisonment by the Empire.
The Rebel Alliance, recognizing her connection to Galen Erso, recruited her for a mission to locate him and understand his work. While initially reluctant, she became instrumental in retrieving the Death Star plans from the Imperial archives on Scarif.
Her Imperial Ground Crew disguise was a means of infiltration, used to blend in with the Imperial forces and bypass security protocols during the mission.
