Teal'c, portrayed by Christopher Judge, is a key character in the science fiction TV show Stargate SG-1. He first appeared in the pilot episode, "Children of the Gods".
Teal'c is a Jaffa warrior, originally serving the Goa'uld System Lord Apophis as his First Prime. He later defects to the side of humanity, joining SG-1 to fight against the Goa'uld and free his people from their tyranny.
