Bunta Fujiwara is a prominent character from the anime and manga series, Initial D. He first appears in the first stage of the anime.

He is the father of the main protagonist, Takumi Fujiwara, and owns a tofu shop in Akina. However, Bunta is more renowned for his exceptional driving skills.

Considered a legendary street racer, he was undefeated on Mount Akina during his prime. He is known for his precise driving techniques and deep understanding of cars. He drives a highly modified Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX (AE86). Bunta acts as a mentor figure to Takumi, though their relationship is often portrayed as stoic and understated.
