Keisuke Takahashi is a prominent character from the anime series Initial D. He first appears in the First Stage of the series.
Keisuke is the younger brother of Ryosuke Takahashi and a member of the Akagi RedSuns, a racing team known for its theoretical and data-driven approach to racing. He is considered a prodigious driver, specializing in downhill races.
Keisuke drives a yellow Mazda RX-7 Type R (FD3S). Initially arrogant and overconfident, he is humbled after being defeated by Takumi Fujiwara. This loss fuels his desire to improve, and he becomes more focused and disciplined in his racing. Later, he becomes one of the founding members of Project D with his brother, Ryosuke, aiming to conquer all the racing courses in the Kanto region.
