Gaia is a powerful elemental entity in the Marvel Universe, embodying the living spirit of the Earth. She is considered one of the Old Gods, primordial beings predating even the Asgardians.

One notable example is the young woman, Gaea, whom she imbues with a portion of her power, to champion her cause.

While generally benevolent, Gaia can be a formidable opponent when provoked. Her motivations are always aligned with the Earth's survival, sometimes leading her to conflict with humans or other supernatural entities when their actions threaten the planet's well-being.
