Helen Parr, also known as Elastigirl and Mrs. Incredible, is a fictional character featured in Disney Pixar's animated superhero film series, The Incredibles.

Her first appearance was in the film *The Incredibles* (2004). She is the wife of Bob Parr (Mr. Incredible) and mother to Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack.
