The Top, also known as Roscoe Dillon, is a fictional character appearing in DC Comics, primarily as a foe of the Flash. He first appeared in The Flash #122 (August 1961).
Originally a small-time crook using spinning tops as weapons, Dillon discovered he could spin himself at incredible speeds. This granted him enhanced abilities, including speed and limited invulnerability.
The Top became a recurring adversary for the Flash, often teaming up with other Rogues in Central City. Over time, his obsession with spinning warped his mind, leading to increasingly bizarre and unpredictable behavior.
