Crocodile, from the anime One Piece, is a prominent antagonist in the series. He is the former president of the crime syndicate Baroque Works, operating under the codename "Mr. 0." Crocodile is a powerful Logia-type Devil Fruit user, possessing the Suna Suna no Mi (Sand-Sand Fruit), which grants him the ability to create, control, and transform into sand.

His ambition involves acquiring the ancient weapon Pluton and establishing a military nation. Crocodile demonstrates cunning and strategic intelligence, manipulating events to achieve his goals. He is recognizable by his hook hand, a replacement for a hand lost in battle, and a large scar across his face.

Crocodile first appears in the Alabasta Arc, beginning around episode . In this arc, he serves as the primary antagonist, attempting to seize control of the desert kingdom of Alabasta. Despite his defeat by Monkey D. Luffy, Crocodile remains a significant figure in the One Piece world, later reappearing in the Impel Down and Marineford arcs.
