Biography:
Yusuke Urameshi is the protagonist of the manga and anime series *Yu Yu Hakusho*. He first appears in the inaugural chapter of the manga, as well as the first episode of the animated TV show, when he dies saving a child from being hit by a car.
Initially portrayed as a rebellious and delinquent teenager, Yusuke is given a chance at resurrection by Koenma, the son of King Enma, ruler of the Spirit World. He is tasked with becoming a Spirit Detective, solving supernatural cases and battling demons in the Human World.
As the series progresses, Yusuke's powers and abilities grow exponentially. He eventually learns he is a descendant of a powerful demon ancestor, Raizen, unlocking even greater potential and solidifying his role as a protector of the human world.
