General Blue is a high-ranking officer in the Red Ribbon Army, appearing in the original Dragon Ball series. He commands the Blue Corps and is known for his extreme prejudice against ugly people and his telekinetic powers.
Blue is a ruthless and flamboyant character, obsessed with his appearance and cleanliness. He's incredibly vain, often pausing in battle to admire himself or critique others' looks. His telekinesis allows him to control objects and people with his mind, giving him a significant advantage in combat.
He is tasked with retrieving the Dragon Balls for the Red Ribbon Army and relentlessly pursues Goku and Bulma. While initially proving to be a formidable opponent, his arrogance and overconfidence ultimately lead to his defeat. He's eventually dispatched by Mercenary Tao after failing Commander Red.
