Biography:
Snail, also known as Theodore "Theo" in his human form, is the protagonist of the animated film Turbo (2013) and its subsequent Netflix animated television series, Turbo FAST. He is voiced by Ryan Reynolds in the film and Reid Scott in the series.
Theo is a garden snail with the unlikely dream of becoming the fastest racer in the world. Living a mundane existence picking tomatoes, he feels stifled and longs for more. A freak accident involving nitrous oxide infuses him with super-speed powers, transforming him into Turbo, a snail capable of incredible velocity.
Driven by his newfound abilities and unwavering determination, Turbo embarks on a quest to compete in the Indianapolis 500. He befriends a group of racing snails and faces skepticism and challenges from both the human and snail worlds. Ultimately, Turbo's perseverance and the support of his friends enable him to achieve his seemingly impossible dream.
In Turbo FAST, Turbo and his crew continue racing adventures in Starlight City, facing off against various rivals and overcoming obstacles with their unique skills and teamwork.
