Jerome Valeska is a character from the TV show Gotham, a DC Comics-based series. He first appeared in Season 1, Episode 16, "The Blind Fortune Teller."

Jerome is portrayed as a homicidal maniac with a disturbing sense of humor. His chaotic nature and gleeful embrace of violence quickly establish him as a major threat in Gotham City.
