The She-Hulk of Earth-1610, also known as the Ultimate Universe, is Betty Ross, the daughter of General "Thunderbolt" Ross. This version diverges significantly from her Earth-616 counterpart.
Betty, in an effort to gain similar abilities to the Hulk (Bruce Banner), injects herself with a modified version of the Super Soldier Serum. This transforms her into a green-skinned behemoth with enhanced strength, speed, and durability. Unlike Bruce Banner's Hulk, she retains her intelligence and personality in her transformed state.
She-Hulk first appears in *Ultimate Fantastic Four* #6 (2004). Initially, she struggles to control her transformations and powers, leading to property damage and posing a threat to others. She later gains better control and becomes a member of the Ultimates (the Ultimate Universe's equivalent of the Avengers).
